This enclosure is fabricated from solid SS316 stainless steel, verified via XRF spectrometry before production begins. 316 grade offers superior corrosion resistance compared to standard 304, making it ideal for industrial, marine, and harsh-environment electrical applications. Dual-Side Brushed Finish

Precision Louvered Ventilation

The top panel features two rows of formed louvers—engineered to allow efficient airflow and heat dissipation while protecting internal components from dust and direct liquid splash. Each louver is formed with consistent depth and spacing using specialized tooling, ensuring uniform airflow across the entire ventilation area.

Seamless Welding & Grinding

All corner joints are TIG welded and then carefully ground smooth before brushing, creating seamless, invisible transitions between panels. There are no visible weld lines or uneven surfaces—just clean, continuous brushed stainless steel.

Silk-Screened Identification

The front panel includes crisp silk-screened labels next to each connector opening, providing clear port identification for end users. The printing is applied after surface finishing for sharp, durable markings that won’t wear off.

Precision Cutouts & Mounting Holes

Multiple precision laser-cut openings on the front panel accommodate various connectors and controls, while the interior features a grid of threaded mounting points for circuit boards and components—all positioned to tight positional tolerances.
