Our first featured project is a series of precision sheet metal bending components manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel. These long, U-shaped structural parts feature precisely formed flanges with accurately positioned notches along their length. Produced using advanced laser cutting technology followed by precision press brake forming, each component maintains tight dimensional tolerances and consistent bend angles throughout the full length.

SUS304 was selected for its excellent corrosion resistance and structural integrity, making these parts ideal for industrial equipment and clean environment applications. Our quality team verified material composition using XRF spectrometry before production, ensuring 100% material authenticity as confirmed by our handheld alloy analyzer readings.

The second project showcases our expertise in complex material and surface treatment combinations—a curved copper enclosure with single-side black powder coating and high-temperature masking on the interior. This part required precise sheet metal fabrication techniques to achieve the smooth cylindrical curvature while maintaining uniform wall thickness.

The exterior powder coat provides a durable, aesthetic finish, while the uncoated copper interior preserves the material’s natural thermal and electrical conductivity. Our team applied specialized heat-resistant masking during the coating process to protect the internal surface, ensuring clean copper finish with zero overspray contamination.

Our third featured component is an AL5052 aluminum enclosure panel finished with natural anodizing. This precision sheet metal bending part includes a precision-cut ventilation grille array with dozens of uniformly spaced slots, plus multiple mounting holes positioned to exact drawing specifications.

The natural anodized finish provides enhanced corrosion resistance while preserving the clean, brushed aluminum appearance. All laser-cut edges are deburred and smoothed, and every mounting hole is verified for position accuracy using our coordinate measuring equipment.
